    • Accepted file formats: JPEG, TIFF, or PDF

    • Full-size setup: Set the file at a 1:1 scale, 100% of the final size.
    • Important Note: Avoid placing important images or text within 3" from the bottom as they may not be fully visible due to installation.

    File Upload:

    • Email: You can send the file via email (for files under 12mb), using the same email address associated with your PayPal account.
    • Third-Party Websites: Alternatively, you can use third-party websites such as Google Drive or YouSendIt to share the file. We will send a confirmation email upon receiving the file.

    Turnaround Time:

    • Printing and processing time: 2-3 business days from receipt of payment and printable file.
    • Delivery Time: Please allow an additional 2-7 days for delivery, considering our location in the West Coast (Los Angeles). Expedited shipping options are available for an extra fee.

Shipment

Free standard shipping within USA. Handling time on your order will be between 1-2 business days. Do you need your item quicker than that? We also offer do a expedited shipping method for an additional cost. Buyer will be responsible for covering any shipping costs if the shipping address is incorrect and the package is delivered to the wrong address . We are not responsible for any incorrect or undeliverable addresses. Please have a correct shipping address at the time check out.

International shipment, We do not guarantee delivery time on all intermational shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your products is inspected. Seller not liable for any duty fees, or brokerage fees for International orders.

Return Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, and a restocking fee may apply. Items must be returned in the condition they arrived in. The box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all other accessories must be returned. . An RMA number is required for all returns. Message us for return instructions. Items returned without a RMA number will not be processed. Return shipping fees are not refundable. We reserve the right to decline any returns if the above guidelines are not followed.
