This is a VERY good quality Hillbilly Tassel Holder. The entire piece is finished in a polished gold tone and lined with brilliant sparkling clear faceted rhinestones. Has 2 military style brass clutch back pins. These are brand new. It measures approx 2.5 inches tall. Will ship in a nice gift box.
