Shipping Policy:
We only ship Monday and Tuesday to prevent delays over the weekend.
We guarantee live arrival under normal conditions. In the rare event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), a photo of the snail in the unopened bag must be sent within 2 hours of delivery (NO exceptions).
If your local temperatures are under 30°F or over 90°F, we cannot guarantee live arrival with standard Priority shipping. For these conditions, overnight shipping is highly recommended. (We pack extremely carefully, but extreme temperatures are challenging with USPS.)
IMPORTANT: Do not float your breather bag! Breather bags are specially designed to exchange oxygen and carbon dioxide — submerging them reduces this ability and can harm your snails. Always open the bag immediately after arrival.
