️ About the Structure of Flap Discs:  72pcs small 24x18mm cloth backing sanding discs are bonded tightly on the plate. The plate is constructed from 8 layers of fiberglass mesh and one layer of non-woven cloth. Metal rings are embedded on 2 sides. 

️Self-Fracturing Zirconia Alumina Material:  Premium zirconia alumina fractures frequently to continually produce fresh sharp points and deliver a faster cut-rate than aluminum oxide. Developed for heavy stock removal and high pressure grinding.

️Strong X-Weight Polyester Cotton Backing of Small Discs:  Offering flexibility and well-suited for handling sharp edges and medium to high pressure applications

️Resin over Resin Bonding:  High strength resin bond system provides superior grain support, resist heat and humidity for longer life than usual resin over glue bond.

️Fiberglass Backing Plate:  High quality special structure of 8-layer fiberglass mesh screen. Features extra strength, light weight, ability to absorb vibration, and operator comfort

️More Resin Adhesive Added:  Resin adhesive features heat resistance. More adhesive added to bond the small discs to the plate tightly to resist discs flying off when operating which helps achieving longer lifespan and ensuring security

️Type 29 Shape:  Best used at a 15~25 angle. Better for contouring and shaping surfaces, capable of more aggressive grinding than Type 27
