Turbochef El Bandido / Panini combination panini press and rapid cook oven for sale! This model is based on the Sota but expands it's functionality with a panini press. Make sandwiches or steak, either way it can add nice grill marks to your food and cook it so much faster. This is a very versatile tool to have in your kitchen and is available for a fraction of the retail price.
This Turbochef came out of a local restaurant and bar that was only open for a year and a half. It has been treated well. It only has 19k cook cycles on it! The oven is in good shape inside and out. The interior is clean, with some minor grease build up in the corners and other hard to reach areas. The exterior is free of any major scratches or dents, but does show some paint wear near the press handle and on the top of the oven as pictured. 4 legs are included.
This oven requires a 208-240V 30A single phase electrical connection with a 6-30R outlet. The oven is certified for ventless operation under UL KLNZ, which means it does not require a vent hood in most jurisdictions.
Our technicians have tested this oven and given it a clean bill of health. There is a single minor crack in the door gasket, but it does not yet require replacement. A video of the oven working is available upon request, or you are welcome to see the oven working in person at our Leominster MA facility.
We can ship this oven nationwide. We charge a flat rate of $500 to most commercial addresses in the lower 48 with a loading dock or forklift. Additional charges apply for liftgate service, residential delivery, and other special services.
