This one is in great shape and is new old stock, this is nice, near mint, mint, however, always a chance of a minor blemish from the factory on the Box can exist, but would be minor.
These are for collectors and should not be Given TO SMALL Children under any circumstances, these have small parts and could be a choking hazard.
Box is about 5.25" x 5.25" inches. the Eye itself is about 4.25" across and 3.25" inches high.
Never removed it from the package.
While you could wear this, we sell as a collectible only for Display.
I would think these are best for Display, as they are now collectors Items, but use at your own discretion.
