D'Elia Auctions will purchase insurance for any shipments we arrange.

D'Elia Auctions is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during deliveries due to a change in customer request, invoicing will be sent to buyer if additional fees are added

Customer assumes all responsibility to person & property during deliveries.

Buyer has 15-days to properly install and return an item if they are not satisfied. Any electrical or plumbing must be hooked up by a certified licensed contractor with proof of receipt.

Buyer is responsible for crating and shipping the equipment back to our warehouse in CT.

D'Elia Auctions will inspect returned equipment & process a refund less any damage, missing component cost, initial shipping cost (actual cost of original shipment even on free shipping promotion) and a 15% restock fee.
