of business Friday). If an item is unpaid after 3 calendar days, the item may no
longer be available for purchase and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed
with eBay.

All items must be shipped, picked up, or removed within 14 days of the end of auction
(unless pre-approved via email). Items left after this time will be subject to a $50 per day storage fee. The buyer will forfeit the item -- and any payments made -- when storage fees reach either the sale price of the item or a time period of 21 days from the sale of the item, whichever comes first. No money will be returned for forfeited items. Without notice, items are subject to relisting immediately upon forfeiture. For items that have incurred storage fees, electronic payment of the fees due will be required for the item to be shipped or released for pickup. If you have reason for a delayed pickup, please contact us in advance to get an estimate of the total additional cost.

Texas - Per Section 3.320 "Texas Emissions Reduction Plan (TERP) Surcharge; Off-Road, Heavy-Duty Diesel Equipment", bidadoo is required to collect an additional 1.5% surcharge on off-road heavy-duty diesel equipment over 50 horsepower. This surcharge will be added to the sales tax amount for buyers who are not otherwise tax exempt. Washington - As of July 1, 2019 tax will be charged for all
items picked up locally, including by buyers who reside in states
