Excellent condition Traulsen TBC13-24 Spec Line self contained reach-in 13 full size pan commercial blast chiller with 6" wheel casters, and is 208-230V/1 Phase (includes installed cord with plug).
Manufactured in 2019, this chiller has all the latest upgrades for the newest style Traulsen blast chiller. Very powerful, smart, and easy to use blast chiller. See pictures below, pulled down from 34 Degrees F, to -10 Degrees F in 12 minutes. Has saved programs (see pictures below), and these are editable for your own programs. Most programs now are saved for 37 Degrees F, such as fast chilling for 'Wings', 'Mashed Potatoes', 'Macaroni', 'Shrimp', etc. Chilling can be done by the 'Probes', by 'Time', or by 'Temperature' (see Quick Use picture tag below for full details).
Has adjustable pan/tray slides for up to (13) full size pans/trays. On casters for easy moving. Includes cord with plug (1 Phase/208-230V/16 Amps). Includes installed casters, factory operator's manual, and door keys to lock door. Made in the USA, NSF Rated.
