(unless pre-approved via email). Items left after this time will be subject to a $50 per day storage fee. No money will be returned for forfeited items. Without notice, items are subject to relisting immediately upon forfeiture. Texas - Per Section 3.320 "Texas Emissions Reduction Plan (TERP) Surcharge; Off-Road, Heavy-Duty Diesel Equipment", bidadoo is required to collect an additional 1.5% surcharge on off-road heavy-duty diesel equipment over 50 horsepower. This surcharge will be added to the sales tax amount for buyers who are not otherwise tax exempt. Washington - As of July 1, 2019 tax will be charged for all
items picked up locally, including by buyers who reside in states
or provinces with no sales tax. Those buyers can request an annual refund with
