Payment in full is required prior to shipping any item. Shipping time frames for small package items are 2-5 days (domestic) and 4-6 weeks (international). Shipping time frames for larger items via van delivery, domestic LTL or international air freight are 2-3 weeks. In accordance with our Safe Arrival Guarantee, we stretch wrap our CERECs before shipping them in export-certified wood crates filled top-to-bottom with anti-static packing peanuts. We research several shipping quotes from reputable freight companies to offer a shipping solution that balances cost, time in transit, careful handling and insurance. If you would like a shipping quote, please message us your shipping address and we will promptly provide one for you. Please note that due to insurance carrier restrictions, LTL drivers are not allowed to bring the wood crates inside of your building. We will provide a .pdf with complete receiving and unpacking instructions upon purchase (you may also request a copy prior to purchase). If the wood crate appears significantly damaged (punctured, crushed, opened, etc.), do NOT sign for it until inspecting the equipment for damage. Take pictures of any damage found and forward to us so we can file an insurance claim. Once the equipment has been signed for, we will not be able to honor any claims for accidental damage.

CAD/CAM HERO invests considerable time and money to visually inspect, function test, and inventory every CEREC unit we offer for sale. This ensures that our listings are accurate and that you will receive a fully functional system (unless otherwise described). Not only do we stand behind our products at the point of sale, but we also offer a complimentary 30-day parts & labor warranty starting the day you receive your CEREC. If you experience a problem with your CEREC within the warranty period, simply send us a message for a prompt and fair resolution. This warranty does not cover any accidental damage that occurs after delivery. If the CEREC is still covered under factory warranty, our warranty will serve as secondary coverage.
