Shipping & Freight

We typically ship orders within 24 to 72 hours after they are placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, the tracking number will be promptly uploaded to eBay. If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us through eBay messages. The desired shipping address must be listed as the "Ship To" address in eBay at the time of purchase. Large and/or heavy items, such as engines and frames, must be shipped via freight. To qualify for the freight charge shown on the listing (either $300 or Free), the item must be sent to a commercial business address (not a residential-based business) with a dock or forklift, or to the nearest freight terminal for the carrier used by the shipper. Businesses without a dock or forklift will incur an additional $100 fee for liftgate service. Residential delivery is available but incurs an additional $200 fee ($100 for residential delivery service and $100 for liftgate service). Please note that these fees are the buyer's responsibility.

Engines & Guarantees

Engines will ship via freight unless otherwise noted. Engines will be wrapped in cellophane, cushioned (usually with a tire), and securely strapped to a pallet for shipment. Please check the "Shipping & Freight" section above for details on freight shipments. All engines come with a 30-day conditional guarantee unless otherwise noted. The engine is guaranteed to arrive in the condition & operational ability stated in the listing. Please note that the guarantee will be voided if the engine is disassembled or tampered with before contacting us for approval. We reserve the right to inspect the engine and verify the reason for failure prior to fulfilling the guarantee. The guarantee can be voided due to improper installation, misuse, or abuse. Professional installation is required for the guarantee to remain valid.
