Please note the last letter of TIPM part numbers merely reflects the date of assembly, and is interchangeable with all other letters. Do make sure that the first 8 (numeric) digits exactly match your old TIPM. You can find the part number on a sticker affixed to the side of your old TIPM. You are looking for 8 numeric digits followed by 2 alpha characters. The part number may be preceded with a "P" which you may ignore. Thoroughly Rebuilt: We have disassembled the TIPM, inspecting upper and lower PC Boards for defective components and or traces. We test all mechanical relays' OHM resistance, replacing any defective relays and any relays that fall outside of the original manufacturer's specifications. All replacements are done using the most current version from the same manufacturer, Nexum (formerly NEC/Tokin) with an identical footprint and operating characteristics. Each TIPM is then thoroughly cleaned and all external relays and fuses are tested. We reassemble the unit and have it waiting to be shipped out immediately to the next customer.

Shipping is free to customers within the United States, via Fedex Express Saver with shipment tracking, usually arriving within 2-3 business days from shipment. Orders usually ship the same day or next business day from order.

We do NOT charge an inflated, up-front Core Fee (you are not required to send in your old TIPM "core" to us). Instead, we will buy your old TIPM outright for cash once the replacement is installed and working fine. We will buy your old TIPM for $25. Simply pack your old tipm in the box, and use the prepaid label that came with your new tipm to ship it back to us! Once it gets received we immediately reimburse the order payment method or send a check if needed to your address on file. We even provide a pre-paid return shipping label for this purpose. Convert to Rental Option: Sometimes after you purchase a TIPM, you discover the real problem was not in the TIPM and you just needed it for troubleshooting. With TIPM Rebuilders, you may convert your purchase to a rental at any time during the first 30 days.
