Shipping:

All shipments are packaged via USPS ground if they are under 40 pounds and within 2' diameter in any direction. Fedex Ground or UPS ground if the package is over 40 pounds and over 2' diameter in any direction up to 5' in two directions and finally if it is under 3 pounds and within 1' diameter in most directions we usually ship USPS priority mail on purchases over $100. Anything over 150 pounds or 6' in diamaeter in any direction must be picked up locally. We appreciate that.
Orders over $200 are typically free shipping, unless there is an awkward weight or package characteristic.
-Orders over $500.00 will be fully insured and MUST BE SIGNED FOR UPON DELIVERY!
Returns/Exchanges:
-30 day Returns are accepted. If an item does not return in the condition it was sent, an Ebay case will be opened.
Please be aware that some items shipped can be delayed and tracking can appear stagnant, please be patient and feel free to message us if you feel as though your package might be missing before opening a case. We really appreciate it. We will investigate with any post office system as soon as possible and if an item is truly lost, we will refund the order within a week of the case being opened.
