2 Piece Milling Machine Vise 6” Jaws W/ Handle VERY WELL MADE / ESTATE SALE FIND


I believe this is an American made Vise possibly military because of the numbers in the casting.


This vise operates buttery smooth, and its capacity is only limited by the length of your milling table.


The mounting tab slots on 1/2 of the Vise are standard and the other half appear to have been milled out at some point in the Vise‘s life and painted over, so you will need to use washers to span the gap. Those larger mounting slots are very visible in photo 2, also you may be able to weld and machine material back on in order for these to be more like original. I’m not sure why the previous owners did this.


Also, the top right corners of both of the jaws have a ground notch, not sure what that was for.
