I did a lot of tests on these bottles to make sure they're actually worth selling and they passed everything I threw at them! I used 2 bottles for over a week putting them through all conditions. For what they are, they hold up well. Definitely worth the sale price!
These bottles will hold an entire 12 oz. can of soda with not much room to spare. If you plan on mixing in some liquor (which I'm sure you will!) you'll just need to leave a little room. You can store these bottles in an ice bucket without the label coming off. The silicone seal keeps your drink from leaking out.
There is no plastic flavor when using citrus fruits or soda. I left pineapple juice in a bottle overnight and it still tasted fresh from the bottle the next day. The paper straws are also pretty long lasting. I left one in soda for 8 hours and it was still solid. Not like McDonalds paper straws which get soft after 15 minutes!
These bottles are meant for cold or room temperature drinks only. Do not pour hot liquids like coffee or tea in them. Do not heat the bottles in a microwave either!
Bottles should only be stored in a refrigerator, ice bucket or cooler. Do not place them in a freezer or they will crack. Do not leave out in the sun or leave in a hot car, sunroom, shed, etc. or they will melt and/or leach plastic into the drink.
When you wash these bottles, you need to rinse them out thoroughly or you will have a soapy tasting drink. Do not wash in a dishwasher or they will warp and melt. The silicone seal is removable to clean further to remove flavors or prevent mold.
