Orders are usually processed and shipped out after 48 HOURS during BUSINESS DAYS (Monday to Friday) after payment has been received. But please be reminded that we are NOT processing and shipping orders during WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS.

Please make sure your ADDRESS is VALID for both UPS and USPS COURIER SERVICES. Please be reminded that costs incurred due to INCORRECT or UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS should be shouldered by the buyer.

The shipping services that we use are UPS, FedEx, USPS etc. Shipping can take 2 to 5 days after the item is dispatched.

We ONLY ship to the 48 STATES, NO APO/FPO ADDRESSES or PO BOXES.

Local pickups and combined shipping options are NOT provided at this time.

Domestic shipping EXPEDITED. We have many different shipping locations depending on the product you buy and the shipping location that you choose. We try to ship most items within 72 hours of payment Monday-Friday. Most orders are in transit for 5 DAYS but some may take longer. If you have a specific time frame please CONTACT US before you make the purchase.

Return shipping is the BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY unless the return is a result of our mistake. We will pay for shipping replacement back to you if an exchange is requested.

Items can be returned for exchange or full refund WITHIN 30 DAYS from the date you receive your merchandise. We are not responsible for any purchase after this 30-day period.
