These beautiful Glass buttons were made in the Czech Republic - Northern Bohemia, are made from LIGHT GREEN VASELINE GLASS, beautiful and UNIQUE handpressmolded relief and SHAPE. Both buttons with AURORA BOREALIS IRIDESCENT FINISH!!!!!!! UNIQUE and RARE buttons!!!!!!! Wire Loop Shank

Uranium/VASELINE glass is created when 2% Uranium Dioxide is added to the glass formula. It is a very difficult color to produce because of its high percentage of breakage in the creation process of this rare glass. Uranium glass is giving the button a UNIQUE green tone as the light reflects through the glass - UNBELIEVEBLE color effect - it "glows" a bright fluorescent green when UV light is shined on the glass.
