This listing is for ONE (1) Curly/Tiger/Figured/FLAME YELLOW BIRCH Wood Dowel.  The dimensions are 2-3/4" diameter x 36" length.  They are vacuum-kiln dried to an average of 6-10% moisture content. 

These dowels are selected from a large inventory of wood and are chosen specifically for their curly, figured, tiger, flame quality.  Both grades are mostly very straight grained as they are turned from split billets. Grade #1 will be figured throughout most of the dowel and will be without defects or chips.  Grade #2 will be medium figured.  Grade #3 will be lightly figured. All three grades contain very high quality pieces wood.
