Shipping
Please note that all shipping
and insurance costs are estimates as the item is not packed until it has been
sold. Insurance fee is not determined until after the purchase and will be
added after the purchase. You will be responsible to pay for additional
shipping cost if it is more than our shipping estimates. We will issue shipping
refund if your shipping cost is more than our estimates. Please note that we do
not charge packaging or handling fee unless we need to purchase special
packaging to pack your item.
If you change your shipping
address after we send you an invoice, you will be responsible for additional
shipping fee due to the change. If you refuse, we will issue you a full
refund and cancel the sale.
If you hire a 3rd party company
to receive the item on your behalf, we will add signature confirmation service
to ensure safe delivery.

confirmation service for any item sold over $700.

cost inquiries before your purchase. Please do not attempt to calculate
shipping cost on your own. Shipping and insurance cost are actual cost so there
will be no discount on shipping cost. Transactions will not be cancelled due to
shipping cost. Items will also not be altered or changed in any way to

The safety of the item is our
top priority. We have over 20 years of packing experiences. Therefore, packing
and handling the item is at our sole discretion. Fragile items will usually
pack with double boxes with plenty of packing peanuts and bubble wraps. We will
use the safest, most reasonable, and fastest shipping service available. If you
wish to use a certain shipper or service, please let us know and you will be
required to pay additional shipping fee incurred.

We do combine shipping and will
wait if you wish to purchase more items. Please email and let us know.
If you wish to combine shipping,
you also must pay within 25 days after each transaction.
Change of Shipping Address
Please note that we can only
ship to the shipping address register at ebay. Once you made payment through
ebay, we can only ship to the address indicated at ebay’s invoice. You cannot
change your shipping address after you made payment.
If you need to change your
shipping address, please do so before you make your payment. To do this, please
click “pay” at the item’s listing. Below the shipping address, there is a
link that is either "change" or "add new address". Please
click that and then type the shipping address you wish to use. If you cannot do
that, please scroll down and click “request total”. Ebay will then send
us the information we need to change the shipping cost. Please wait for us to
update the change and then send you an updated invoice.

International shipping
The 3 business days shipping
time is for DOMESTIC MAIL ONLY! It takes more time to pack for international
shipping because custom labels take more time to prepare. We will pack
your item(s) as soon as possible. Please have patience with us.
For international shipping, we
use USPS priority mail, USPS express mail, UPS international, and Fedex
international.
Due to Covid or other
international crisis, USPS priority mail may not be available to certain
countries due to USPS’s service suspensions. The only available service may be
USPS express mail. In this situation, we will change the shipping fee to
express mail. If the buyer’s invoice stated priority mail and buyer already
made payment, then the buyer will have to pay the increase postage.
If your item is returned by the
post office or customs, you will be responsible for all shipping fee incurred.
You will need to pay additional shipping fee if you wish ship the item again.
Import Duties
Import duties, taxes, and
charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are
the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to
determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. We
will not falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a "gift".

Seller reserves the right to
refuse service, void sale, block certain bidders, cancel bids, cancel
transactions, and end listing early.
"Certain bidders"
includes and not limited to those who offend the seller, refuse to pay, cancel
bids, cancel transaction, email insulting email, argue with seller about
shipping cost, dishonest, unreasonable returns, threaten to return an item in
order to get discounts, blackmailing the seller, already blocked bidders using
another ebay id to bid, have feedback indicating they did not make payments,
and those who left negative or neutral feedback.
The seller reserves the right to
cancel a sale or void a transaction if the item becomes unavailable, damage, or
has issues with customs declaration, or cannot be ship.

Return
Buyer has 30 days to return the
item. For any return, buyer must pay for the shipping and insurance both ways.
Buyer also has to pay for any fees (including but not limited to ebay and
paypal). The seller reserves the right to charge a 30% restocking fee for
any returns.
We will not issue partial refund
for any items that we sold. You have only two choices. Keep the item or return
the item.

Damages or Lost Mail
If you receive your item and it
is damaged, please email us immediately. Please retain all the packing
materials including the boxes. Please take photos of the damage areas and the
outside box. Please email us all the photos and a detail description of the
damage area. We will submit all the information to the insurer for claims. You
will be required to sign an affidavit to attest the information submitted.
If the item suffered only
partial damage, the insurer will pay for the partial loss or repair cost. You will
need to provide an appraisal to prove the loss of value if you wish to claim
partial loss. If you wish to claim restoration cost, you will need to provide
an estimate written by a restorer.
If your item is lost, please
email us immediately. We will file a search with USPS, UPS, or Fedex. For
international mail, the insurer requires a 45 days wait period to file a claim.
You must also email us within 75 days.

Please note that we have
provided studio photos and sunlight photos in some items. However, there might
be some color variations due to the difference in different computer monitors
and different lighting. Please also note that we may post additional
photos after we list our items. So, please scroll all the way down to look for
