*** Please be aware, some machines are out-dated and parts are currently unavailable at a given time. I am not able to build machines typically older than the early 90s for that reason.***
SERVICES / REPAIRS IN THIS LISTING INCLUDES:
Complete engine tear-down and inspection
Transmission/clutch cleaning and inspection
Precision measuring of all engine internals according to manufactures specifications
All new gaskets, seals, and o-rings
New engine cam chain (timing)
New Piston Kit
Cylinder cleaned and prepped
Removing, cleaning, lapping, and adjusting valves as needed
Replacing all special hardware (washers, bolts, head studs, cylinder studs) when worn out or according to manufactures specifications.
New Crankshaft / Bearings
WE WILL ALSO PROVIDE UPGRADE SERVICES FOR ANY PARTS FOR YOUR MOTOR.
ANY OTHER PARTS YOU NEED WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. THE LISTING ONLY INCLUDES THE ABOVE STATED.
ALL PARTS ABOVE ARE SUBJECT WHERE APPLICABLE ON YOUR VEHICLE. For Example, 2 strokes will NOT have a cam chain!

I will inspect your engine 100% and give you an accurate and honest quote if any extras are needed on top of the base price! I will send you updates and damage info VIA email, or text message. Your engine will be cared for just like you were in our family and our own.
PAYMENTS:
Payments will be made on eBay. This is a non returnable listing, returns are not accepted. If you purchase this service and attempt to cancel, it will not be possible. By purchasing it sets up an appointment for your engine in the shop. Again, this is a non refundable sale.
SHIPPING:
Shipping price in ad is the FORAWRD SHIPPING TO BRAP POWERSPORTS, LLC!
Shipping applies to the lower 48 states only.
Buyer is responsible for shipping cost to Brap including return label shipping, no exceptions! I do not recommend shipping your engine in a cardboard box with just standard packaging materials! I HIGHLY recommend packing your engine inside of a HD plastic cooler. I believe they are the 20X20X20 coolers, from Walmart or Academy. Wrap the engine generously with bubble wrap and insert THICK LAYERS OF FOAM IN ALL CORNERS TOP AND BOTTOM. There is NO such things as too much protection.
Taking your engine to a UPS Store is the BEST option, letting them pack and ship it. They guarantee its safety if they can pack it. They have SPECIAL shipping boxes for these types of packaging demands. Please contact me for the instructions for you to present to the Packaging Professional. However, not all areas have a "UPS Store." Please use the instructions above when that is the case.
Shipment of Damaged Items:
UPS is the ONLY shipping method we use, for many reasons! UPS will take responsibility for the damaged item IF you can prove the item was packaged properly. The damage claim usually takes about 2-3 weeks for them to "write you a check." If you have any questions about shipping, please ask. I am very experienced with shipping and packaging.
TURN AROUND TIME:
Rebuild time will be based on the amount of damage / parts needed for your engine. Some parts may take longer to receive. If you prefer a used part (such as an engine case) time to find the item will be needed. You will stay informed of their engine at any request! "Handling Time" will VARY.
*WARRANTY INFORMATION*:
WE STAND BEHIND OUR WORK 100% Upon completion, We will provide SPECIFIC break in instructions for your engine. Failure to follow the instructions will result in a denial of warranty of any kind. We offer a 30 day warranty (buyer pays shipping). If the issue is related directly to the work we do, your engine will be repaired properly free of charge. 30 days start from the second I receive a DELIVERED confirmation. Warranty will also be voided if there is any indication of tampering with the engine, by anyone.
The engine will be inspected for heat damage, oil starvation, pre-ignition, ETC. If any of the listed (but not limited to) is the verdict, the engine warranty will be voided completely.
MODIFIED RACING ENGINES ARE NOT WARRANTABLE
