STS-34 Mission Card has been folded brochure style (all are printed for folding in same style, but only STS-34 is actually folded). One of the missions cards has pencil notations/markings on one side and one of the Flight Definition and Requirements Cards has a pin hole in it - see pictures 10 and 12.
