Electra Model X935 Pro Endorser setneck Les Paul style electric guitar in black. This is the SLM 60th anniversary model with the swirl headstock, I think it is a 1982 model. It is also called black burst in the company literature but I would call this one more more of a deep Charcoal black.(sometimes appearing slightly Purple even under direct lighting) It looks great, plays great and comes to you in an afertmarlet hardshell case.
These Japanese-made guitars were state of the art ( and works of art) in their time, featuring two EMG Humbuckers with coil splitting, a Rosewood fingerboard, and a mahogany neck and body. . In excellent condition with no major cosmetic flaws and plays beautifully. It looks and plays great. The Original Frets are still in very good shape. Very few of these models are ever offered for sale. This one is awesome and in great shape!
Electra guitars were imported from Japan by Saint Louis Music (SLM) of Saint Louis, Missouri from 1971 to 1984 (most of the pro level high end models like this onemodels were made by Matsumoku of Matsumoku, Japan) .
