Condition - The plate has been used which can be seen around the mounting holes from the wire. The plate has scratches, scuff marks, surface rust, dents, and dings. Edges have waves and bends. The plate doesn't lay completely flat. Otherwise, a great plate for any run or the Minnesota collection.
