This listing is for a 1982-1986 (1987 tag) Washington license plate pair set in good, used condition as shown in the photos. The plates have paint loss, bends, scratches, surface rust, staining/soiling, and dings as shown in the photos. As with many license plates, they don't lay perfectly flat but will once attached to a car or wall. They still display nicely as-is or are ready for restoration. They could use a good cleaning.
