This listing is for one (1) G&L ASAT, guitar body from the late 80's. I bought this from a former G&L employee. One day in 1988 he was tasked with chopping up a bunch of factory rejects and throwing them out. They cut them up to discourage dumpster divers. He came back after work and took it all home. Cobbling together guitars and basses in his garage. This ASAT body was one of them. He glued it together, put a crappy paint job on it, and didn't even complete it. It has some stabilization of cracks and checking. I don't know how well it would have worked out. The reglue is nice. Better than I have seen on most glued back together Gibsons. Still needs a lot of work. Or could be a good body to make a template from. Sold as is.
