1976 Bi-Centennial Hawaii ALOHA STATE License Plate H-28274. Created in 1976 to commemorate the Bi-Centennial of the United States of America (1776-1976) and retired in 1980 for a new series of Hawaii license plates. Nice design with Blue letters and numbers on White reflective background, with images of King Kamehameha I, Diamond Head and State Flower the Hibiscus.
