Up for bid is a nice NEW water pump kit for the following applications:
1969-71 Chevrolet Bel Air, Biscayne, Camaro, Chevelle, El Camino, Impala, Monte Carlo, Nova 396ci, 400ci, 402ci, 427ci, 454ci V8 engines.
This kit is only for the tall pump with casting numbers 3969811 and 3931065.
NOTE: see compatibility chart above for the specific models and engine sizes.
The kit consists of:
1- new 5/8" bearing.
1- new unitized seal.
1- new fan hub with the correct 4-hole 2-1/8" bolt pattern.
1- new steel stamped 6-fin impeller that is 3-3/4" in diameter.
1- new plate.
3- new gaskets (1- back plate and 2- mounting).
6- new back plate screws.
This water pump kit comes with a 30 day warranty.
NOTE: This unitized seal should be installed with a seal installation tool that will push the top of the seal and the shell in at the same time and to the proper working height.
The proper installed height is .425" from the top of the seal to the seal shell lip.
NOTE: The seal installation tool is available in our eBay store.
There is no warranty for faulty installation of these components.
