Neat 1960s, I am told, vintage penncrest snare drum, blue swirl perlerescent finish with Chrome fittings and several adjustable levers here and there. I am not an expert in band instruments, but this vintage penncrest snare drum, with a roughly 14 1/2 in diameter, and roughly 6 in tall, snare drum, reflecting some age and shelf wear and dust from storage.
