This is an extremely rare Scripto Vu-Lighter. It has never been used and is in an incredible condition. I'm not sure what type of Tractor - Dozer or other type of machinery this is and I'm not sure if it is made by international harvester Or by Ford. This more likely will be sold to one of those collectors instead of a lighter or scripto vu-lighter collector
