I believe this drum to be rare。 (Maybe special order)*built between 1933-1948
I can find no mention of the Enamel finish being offered on the Reliance model。 (Enameled WAS offered on the Elite model however)

Used remo snare side head, new steel Noble & Cooley snare wires ALL else Leedy。---Magnate doesn't stick to
 8-lug-Brass shell, Brass rims,4-hole Presto Strainer, or lugs。
