- 1930' Sunburst Oscar Schmidt Co Stella Parlor Guitar with slotted headstock - project - very RARE guitar

This is an antique 1930' parlor guitar with slotted headstock for collectors. It's in good shape overall but it'll need some work to put it in playable condition, please see all my pictures.
Unfortunately there's no signs of the original manufacturer so I can only guess but there might be some folks out there being able determine who made this guitar. I was told by collectors it was early 1930' made Oscar Schmidt CO Stella guitar. Please don't take it as a final determination, they could have been wrong.
Please, see all my pictures, it's not a solid body guitar but it seems to be very well made, the neck heel has a slight separation from the body, braces inside the body look very firm. The action is higher but still playable, no truss rod available to adjust. The top is flat.
However, it's a nice guitar for collectors - luthiers.
