1923 Hawaii Aerial Photo - Boxing Bowl Schofield Barraks Oahu TH ~7x9.5" Vintage - In good condition - Photo has light crease on bottom right - note all of these historical photos of Hawaii have been carefully removed from a "scrap book" where there were lightly pasted in, any damage is noted in each listing and the back of each photo is included in the photos.


All of the Hawaii related photos listed in our store right now were from photo albums belonging to a gentleman by the name of George Washington Polk Jr., born 13 May 1889, Died 27 July 1976. He was a Colonel in the US Army Air Corps/US Air Force and served in both WWI and WWII. He spent the 1920's in Hawaii at Lane Field/Schofield Barracks on Oahu. We recently purchased the estate of one of his relatives who kept and preserved some of his history including these particular albums.
