     This is an original antique 1912 Pebble Beach California Pacific Improvement Company Development Brochure. It is about 20"X9.5" when completely opened and features a detailed bird's eye view map of the Monterey, pacific Grove, Pebble Beach region with prospective Develpment lots area highlighted in orange. The brochure has some damages, wear on edges and folds, some short tears, smudges, stains, discoloration, scrapes and some adhesive residue on the rear cover of the brochure.
