Antique 1882 Tower Leg Shackles
Pair of 1880s Leg Shackles made by Tower Manufacturing Co.
They have several patent dates stamped on one of the restraints the last being December 6, 1882. They have a 12-inch heavy duty chain connecting the two restraints. One side is broken, that side opens and closes. See pics. Has one key that turns in each side, but does not open.
