This 1800s antique French jewelry casket box features intricate etched beveled glass with a bird and floral design, adding a touch of elegance to any vanity or dressing table. Handmade in France, this vintage piece has its original cushion in the bottom however the silk fabric covering has shredded from age. The cushion is removeable so you can leave it out or recover it - see pics. Measures 2 5/8" tall and 3" wide. Typical age darkening to the brass metal. Glass intact with no chips and no cracks. Lovely old piece!
