Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for returns due to buyer error or change of mind. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Contact us via eBay for return instructions, and be sure to provide photos if the item is damaged.
There are no returns for international orders or custom items, and up to 50% may be withheld for items returned in damaged condition.
Freight Items
- We document serial numbers and take photographs before shipping.
- Returned items must have the original serial number and be in the same condition. Improperly packaged returns will not be accepted.
Pickup
Pickup is available by appointment at our warehouse. The address will be provided upon request. Please bring a valid ID and proof of purchase for pickup.

Additional Conditions
