Your order will be shipped as soon as possible. It could take between 1-3 business days to ship and it will NOT AFFECT THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE.

We can only guarantee the service that we provide, please understand that even though your order will be shipped as promised, we cannot guarantee delivery time for the package, only the United States Postal Service can do that. A tracking number will be e-mailed to you when your order has been shipped.

Same day shipping doesn't apply to:

 - International Orders.

 - Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

 - Invalid or Incomplete addresses.

 - Payment made through PayPal eCheck.

Please Read:

 - If you provide the incorrect shipping address in PayPal while you make the payment, we will not take any responsibility if the package is lost. If package is returned for any reason, buyer will be responsible for paying shipping charges to re-ship the order.

The Delivery Time is approximately 1 - 2 business days for Express Mail, 2 - 4 business days for Priority Mail, 2-10 business days for First Class Mail and 6 - 10 business for Express International Mail, (do not include Saturday & Sunday), which depends on the speed of the postal service

 - LOCAL PICKUP NOT AVAILABLE: All orders purchased online must be shipped.

 - During checkout, the lowest-cost shipping method will be selected by checkout. If you would like faster service options, those are available at discount rates from the shipping drop-down box.

 - Wholesale (quantity) orders may be shipped with UPS Ground, according to our discretion.

 - The shipping and handling fee for extra services covers packing, warehouse, distribution cost, etc which is not just for postage only.

 - If the package is returned to us for any reason, buyer is responsible for paying shipping charges to re-ship the order.

 - If the package is lost or damaged during the delivery time, a claim can be filed with the United States Postal Services. So, please if you haven't received your package in a timely manner contact us immediately.

- Please contact us via e-mail before returning the defective item. We'll guide you through easy steps, to make sure your exchange is processed as smooth as possible. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs, under any circumstances.

International Buyers - Please Note:

 - Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

- These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

Orders shipped within Texas will be subject to a 6.25% sales tax on the total sales price, excluding shipping & handling.

Please note that when making payments through PayPal eCheck, your payment is not cleared automatically. It usually takes 3-5 business days in order for PayPal to clear your payment.

Identity theft is a legitimate concern in today's e-commerce marketplace. Due to the security and fraud reasons, we will not accept address changes after an order is placed. We can add missing information such as apartment number and other information.

We reserve the rights not to ship to an unconfirmed PayPal address. The order will be cancelled and payment will be refunded (PayPal payment).

PAYPAL PAYMENTS:

 - We only ship to PayPal confirmed addresses, so please make sure to register your correct shipping address prior to making the payment. You can add a different shipping address under Profile on your PayPal account.

 - At the time of checkout please make sure to select the correct shipping address. Invalid or incomplete address will delay your shipment and the shipping offers will not apply

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS:

 - All payments using a credit card are verified and can only be shipped to your confirmed 'billing address'.

 - If you would like to ship the item to a different address, we will require a copy of the credit card, valid identification and a signed form authorizing the change of address. If such information is not provided, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

We are a small, family-owned business and depend on our eBay reputation and customer satisfaction to succeed. Therefore, our feedback and DSRs are extremely important to us as better DSR scores affect our search placement on eBay. We want to earn your good feedback and 5-stars DSR rating. We reserve the right to approve or deny any request for return and/ or cancellation according to our discretion.

Save the original box and packing materials. They are specially designed to protect your unit during transit. If the unit is not shipped in the original shipping box, another box or shipping materials could be used to protect the product. USPS or UPS will not honor insurance claims if the product is not properly packaged.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A 15% re-stocking fee will apply for returns or cancellation other than defective product to cover eBay fees, final auction value and PayPal fees. Some orders will be subject to shipping cost deduction instead of the re-stocking fee.

Damages caused by wear and tear (such as: Damaged Screen, Scratches, Water Damage, etc.), improper packing or shipping by the buyer are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty covers only manufacturing defects.

Prior to returning any product for repair or replacement, Buyer must obtain written approval from us. We will not be liable for nor accept any non-conforming products unless it has approved their return in writing. A description of the malfunction or defect shall be enclosed with the product being returned. When products have been returned after the expiration of the warranty period for the particular product, repair or replacement cost will be estimated prior to work commencing, resulting in a new purchase order.

Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Any electronic product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the unit was received defective. Opened software, music, games, and movies may be exchanged for the same title only.

If we no longer have the item in stock, we will issue a store credit minus the shipping charges.

NOTE: The order must be returned within 30 days from the date the RMA Instructions are issued. If you need additional time please contact us. All returns arriving after the 30th day will be rejected and returned to sender.

RETURN PROCESSING: Once we receive your return package, please allow 1-5 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed and credited. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Depending on your bank institution, it may take a few days to post the funds to your credit card account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We offer free exchange for most of our products within 30 days after order delivered. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us first to return the product you received and refer to the Return page for the conditions and the return process. Once we received the returned product, we will ship out the replacement.

Customers can cancel their orders by their own. Please find your order from your order history in your eBay account and follow the instruction to cancel it. We can't gurantee the successful cancellation. The orders cannot be cancelled once they are marked as shipped.
