Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days after they are placed. 

Please make sure entering correct payment and shipping information before checking out. Once your payment is completed, pls inform us by phone or leave a ebay note if the changes are needed before we send the product. 
If an change of address is needed, you will be responsible for any fees associated in the condition that you contact us after we ship your item.

Most of our items are shipped through common ground carriers (UPS, FEDEX), but we may also use USPS for smaller items like flexpins.  

DELIVERY DAYS: Items shipped via ground shipping normally are delivered in about 3-7 business days, but in some cases, delivery can take up to 10 days.

US buyer ship from CA, NJ warehouse as well as Canada warehouse. Canada buyer ship from ON, Canada warehouse.

Listings noted as Scratch and Dent or Blemished items are not eligible for return or warranty claims. 

You may return a purchased item within 30 days of your purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Some orders have a handling fee; this fee is non-refundable. 

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If your item is not in new condition and is not in its original packaging, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

If your order arrives via freight, please verify all items are present before you accept the delivery. If the equipment arrives damaged or has missing items, notify the freight company on the spot before signing for the delivery. Request the freight company to take notes, pictures, etc. All equipment leaves our warehouses in new, unused condition unless otherwise noted. If no damages or shortages are noted at the accepted delivery, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, items will be evaluated to ensure new condition before the refund is processed. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days and will show in your bank account on the original transaction date.
 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We may replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. You will be asked to provide photographs that provide a clear image of the quality issue in question. If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

If you receive a product and need support understanding its use or need support troubleshooting any issues you are experiencing, please reach out to us to ask questions or have us review videos or photos of your concerns. 

Cancellations
We try to get orders out as fast as possible. You may cancel your order prior to the order being processed. Once it is processed, we cannot cancel the order.

The parts we provide are not original, it’s aftermarket replacement parts, we are only responsible for the parts we sold, we can accept return, refund or replacement if any problems on the parts, we do not compensate your labor, towing, repair, rental expenses or any other related expenses, please understand.
