All fish have been quarantined and inspected for a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to being listed. Feel confident and assured you are buying amazing imported koi at a discounted price due to only recently beginning to sell our koi online. The boring stuff: (That you really need to still read!)
We guarantee that our fish will arrive in pristine condition, and very much alive. However, in the event that you do receive a fish that has died in transit, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!! submit a picture of the unalived fish and contact us immediately, and we will refund the purchase amount of the fish (don't be a sicko and cut off the tail, pictures will suffice). The claim must be received within four(4) hours of receipt from carrier.
There are no exceptions for failure to follow the above-stated policy, and as much as we will do everything we can for our customers, refusing to play by those rules is a no-go and we can do nothing for you.
