I always combine shipping. For all orders over 35$ (minus tax and shipping) shipping is free. For orders under 35$, shipping is charged for one item only. The price of shipping does not increase with multiple items. To obtain these discounts all items must be added to the ebay cart and checked out as one order.

Items are always shipped in the USA within one business day of purchase. Packages under 1 lb are shipped USPS first class. All items over 1 lb are shipped Priority mail.
