• Our warehouses are located in NJ; CA; KY; TX and other States. All orders will be shipped from our US warehouse. We choose the delivery warehouse according to the buyer's delivery address, and follow the rule that which warehouse is closest to the buyer and the nearest warehouse has items. If the buyer has special needs, please contact the seller.
• Items are generally dispatched within 1 working day after payment is cleared.
• Buyers will also be able to trace deliveries online with a unique tracking number. While we endeavour to send all our items with tracking numbers. If there are anything wrong with the tracking number, please contact seller at any time.
• Buyers have full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address on the checkout page before payment is made.
• Re-delivery fee may be charged to buyers for items that are undeliverable and/or returned to us due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful deliveries.

• We reserves the rights to provide buyers a replacement, parts or a full or partial refund. Charges may apply if the product is damaged by buyers when the returned item is received. 
• Should you change your mind and wish to return your item, this can be done if you notify us within 30 days of receiving your item. Return postage should be covered by buyer in this case.
• If it is buyer's personal reason to return the item, such as does fit, the return postage would be at buyer's charge.
