• What is the difference between standard Solla and Premium Solla?
  • The main difference between Solla and Solla Premium is the capacity (the higher the capacity, the higher the runtime). Premium is rated at 1300mAh, while Standard Solla is rated at 1000mAh. 
• Do they need to be charged up before use?
  • No, the battery comes pre-charged. However, if customers have access to AA NiMH charger already, we recommend to go ahead and put it in the charger to top it off before installing in the garden lights, as that will give it more of a boost.
• My new batteries work for the first couple days, but no longer working? Why?
  • The batteries come pre-charged, therefore it can power the Solar light for the first couple of days. The built-in charging panel should keep the battery level maintained or full. However, if there is a problem with the charging panel (on the light), it means the battery is not being charged and will eventually run out, which is why the lantern is not powered.
• Can I use these batteries on other items or are these only for solar devices?
  • These batteries can be used on other devices that is compatible with NiMH 1.2V battery, such as (but not limited too) household remotes, toys, etc.
