Operations:
1.Connect the tool joint pin with box joint, fasten up, When it is not used, you can screw the plastic dustproof set on the male connector, avoid dirt to enter.
2.Put the object into the bending machine,the center of the object is aligned with the center of the piston.
3.Close the oil return swith on the Pump, wrench the handle, make the press film closer to the object , then bend.
4.Loosen the oil return swith, the press film return automatical to seat.

The bending width is 200mm. The max. bending thickness for copper and aluminum is 12mm. The max. bending thickness for iron is 8mm. The Max.Thickness for stainless steel is 6mm.
The output force is 20T, which needs to be matched with pumps (hand pumps, foot pumps, electric pumps). The bending surface is smooth.
A quick connector is equipped to connect the hydraulic pump. A plastic protective sleeve is also included to prevent dust from entering.
