After receiving payment, your order will be dispatched (Monday-Friday). Please allow a 1 working day processing time for all orders. You should expect to receive it in about 3 days after dispatch (for orders sent RM 1st Class).
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, please contact us and we will get you sorted.
Cancellations
Our fulfilment warehouse ships out orders quickly! (most times within the same business day) If your order has been sent out and you decide to cancel your order, we will not be able to do so. In this scenario, you would have to open a Return. We advise any cancellations be done promptly to avoid disappointment.
