The housing is a powder-coated steel box with adjustable "T" slider legs. 

It comes equipped with a 12V heavy duty motor, THE-TIMER, attached 12V solar panel, and The-Eliminator Spinner Plate. 

The lid is hinged and lockable (padlock not included).
