Some History: These stakes were originally part of the Military "Camouflage Support System" These stakes will most likely have some rubs and scratches in the paint as they were carried loosely with other metal items in a large bag for over 40 or more years they were dumped out many times and repacked for various reasons such as inspections, maneuvers, turn ins and re-issues. However, I check each stake closely to insure they were never driven into the ground. I personally check and clean every stake and remove any tape remaining from the original manufacturers tattered tape.
