Unroll it nicely on the bed frame or the floor where you left it for 72 hours, there is no odor to it at all. The mattress plumps up nicely and perfectly. The comfort level I would say is probably a 8 or 9 out of 10. It does have a little bouncyness to it. if you are only 150 lbs but it is bouncing,too. The sides when you sit on them donot go down . You don't sink into the bed, either, which you used to hate about your previous pocket spring medium-firm mattress.It is good for people who have back and shoulder problems .
