unusual mechanical machine-style digital readout plates, Teleregister 'K', unsure if these were for commercial or military equipment, transportation readouts, etc. ?? presumably a voltage triggers that coil in the housing actuating the plate, which can also be actuated by hand. the numbers advance increasingly to 0 (one-to-zero) with a null or black space following 0.
