Product Overview

It is the best machine that can produce well-shaped doughs with accurate measurement. This machinery can produce rounded balls from the dough mixed with wheat flour, additive and water.The hourly production of up to 1800 balls! It can automatically and continuously complete the forming and placing of steamed buns to improve the production efficiency. Compared with traditional manual production, machine production is faster and can meet the needs of large-scale production, which is very convenient.

1. All steel forming head

All steel head, sharp cutter with high working efficiency. Strong durability, can be used for a long time, and not easy to deformation. Dough cutting effect is good.

2. Dough Forming Pan

When the cutter rotates, it can cut quantitative dough automatically which drops into the forming pan.  After formed, doughs can be thrown out into the picking pan. Scientific design, the shape of the dough is fast and good.

3. Outlet Tray:

Made of high quality stainless steel material, easy to clean, durable, light weight, anti-corrosion, beautiful and easy to clean.

4. Caster

There are two casters at the bottom of the machine, which are anti-skid, wear-resistant, and easy to move.

5. Stable product quality

The size of steamed buns blank can be controlled by adjusting the adjustable shelf to change the distance between hanger sheave and front panel. Non-stick design, the product surface is smooth.

6. Vent Hole:

There are a large number of vents on the left, right and back sides, which can discharge the excess heat generated by the machine, prevent the temperature from being too high, to ensure the long-term stable operation of the machine.

7. Wide Application:

This machinery can be widely used in factories, restaurants, food court, school canteen, to make bread, dessert, pizza, steamed stuffed bun and other early dough processing and production, save time and effort.

- Producing capacity: 1800 doughs per hour (30 doughs per minute).

- Standard amount of steamed bun: 5,6,7,8,10 doughs/500g dry flour.

- Too hard or too soft dough will effect forming. Recommended proportion of flour to water: 1:0.4-0.45.

Returns & Exchanges

▲ All  returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be  in new, unused condition, with all original materials included with  the shipment. A partial refund may be applied for opened or damaged  items, depending on the condition.
▲ Items  returned under the buyer’s remorse: The return shipping fee must be  covered by the buyer; The original shipping cost will also be  deducted from the refund. 15% restocking fee of the items purchase  price will be charged. 
▲ Returns  that are the result of our seller's error: Buyer will receive a full  refund of the item as well as shipping charges

Defective & Damaged Products
